Payment, Billing & Refund Policy

1. Pricing & Applicable Canadian Taxes

All subscription rates and syndication licenses are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Subscriptions are subject to applicable federal and provincial sales taxes based on your billing jurisdiction (GST 5%, HST 13%/15%, or QST 9.975% in Quebec).

2. Subscription Billing Cycles & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically on each monthly or annual billing anniversary unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal. Renewal notices are dispatched electronically prior to annual charge dates in compliance with consumer protection requirements.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Monthly Memberships

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time through your account portal. Cancellation becomes effective at the conclusion of the current monthly billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

3.2 Annual Memberships

Annual subscribers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of initial registration. Following the 14-day introductory grace period, cancellations will stop subsequent annual renewals, maintaining access through the paid term.

3.3 Institutional & Corporate Enterprise Accounts

Corporate syndication and enterprise research packages are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
